We have used puppy charm a few times for our Aussie doodle puppy, Rocco, for daycare and once for boarding & every single time we were super impressed, not a single complaint. The staff are soo friendly and just wonderful with all the dogs. The photo updates throughout the day were so appreciated and helped calm our minds that he was doing well. This most recent visit we did a grooming , I loved the fact that we could upload a photo of what we were looking for. When we picked Rocco up he was PERFECT, exactly what we wanted. Paige did such an amazing job!! Puppy charm is definitely our go to from now on on for daycare, boarding & grooming.
